Thank you for your interest in our custom cookies and desserts. We are so excited to be part of your special event!聽We have a few policies in place to help make the ordering process with Sugared and Iced as easy as possible.
CUSTOM ORDER MINIMUMS: Due to the time and materials required for custom orders, we do require a minimum order of 1 dz for cookies. We do offer non-custom individual cookies and gift boxes in holiday designs throughout the year at our pop-ups and events.
FOOD ALLERGIES: Please bring any allergies to my attention when requesting your custom quote. I do not currently offer vegan, dairy free or egg free designs. We do offer cookies for those who are gluten sensitive, but please know that there is a chance for cross-contamination. We do not use nuts in any of our baking or machines, however please know that nuts are used in our facility from time to time.
We try to respond as quickly as possible to all emails, but it is just one person here decorating and answering emails 馃檪 please allow 48-hours for a response, longer during the holidays.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY: All orders require a deposit of 50% or your invoice to hold a spot on my calendar. Deposits are non-refundable in the event you need to cancel your order. Orders must be paid in full the week of the event. In the very rare event I need to cancel your order after any payments are made, I will fully refund any money paid (this has never happened). All payments for custom orders will need to be made through venmo or by credit card. I do not accept cash or checks for custom orders. Once a quote has been approved, I will send an emailed invoice for easy payment. Refunds will not be given on custom orders under any circumstance. I am not responsible for cookie breakage or mishaps once the cookies leave my possession. I take great care in packaging your order to ensure it makes it safely to its destination. In the event you are unhappy with your custom order, please bring it to my attention immediately for resolution.
